Other than that, it's no extra work and it's still a time to celebrate. Of course, a bride's main concern is her dress, and with her new baby belly, she might feel less than confident at first. But no need to worry. In today's modern society, we now have bridal maternity wear. The bride is sure to be looking the most beautiful on her special day. Keep in mind a few key considerations when planning your wedding with a pregnant bride and everything will fall into place perfectly. Find a dress. It is important when finding a dress for the wedding day that you feel beautiful. Don't try to cover up your body or your baby belly instead show it off. Pregnant women have a beautiful glow about them and it is nothing to hide. There are fabulous maternity bride gowns sold in most gown stores. Take advantage of your new bust line and show off the upper half of your body. Look for empire cut dresses that are tight underneath your bust and loose the rest of the way down. Refrain from ruffles and overly exaggerative material. Remember you want to take into consideration the size you will be at the time of your wedding date. This is a good reason to go with maternity wear. The empire cut dresses give plenty of room to grow without the need for alterations. Choose your shoes. The most important thing while being a pregnant bride is choosing comfortable shoes. The further along in your pregnancy, the more swollen and tired your feet may be. Choose a beautiful flat or low heel with straps. This will help ensure that you will be comfortable throughout your entire wedding. Also, if you are buying your bridal wear quite a bit in advance, it may be a good idea to buy two pairs of shoes. Buy one pair that is a size too big if you are very particular about wanting to wear the shoe you picked out. There is no guessing if your feet will swell to a new size by the time of your wedding date. Plan your honeymoon. If you are close to your due date when the honeymoon will occur, it is important to take a few things into consideration. You shouldn't go anywhere that requires vaccinations. In addition, you should consider the medical care in the facilities where you would like to visit and whether your insurance covers labor where you will be traveling. It may be a good idea to take a lovely honeymoon somewhere not too far from home. This way you won't have to stress about going into labor or worry if complications do occur. Wedding Gowns for the Pregnant Bride In today modern society, the old adage of "first comes love, then comes marriage, then comes baby in the baby carriage" is. 22012 has started on a positive tone for India. Investors now have their fingers crossed, hoping this bull run continues through the year. Investor Camp 2012 is in Nagpur in an attempt to help investors learn how to invest smartly and reap the benefits from CNBC TV18 s market experts. At CNBC TV18's Investor Camp in Nagpur, market stalwart Nilesh Shah of Axis Direct tells investors to look at tax free bond issuances as they get an opportunity to lock themselves into a 12% taxable yield. You are getting almost 200 basis points more than a fixed deposit and on Government of India credit quality. If investors don t have a long term timeframe, they can always sell these bonds in the secondary market. Shah says that investors can not only make tax free income but also get capital appreciation. Below is an edited transcript. Watch the accompanying videos for more. Q: How would you carve up your Rs 1 crore today? A: The tax free bond issuances which are coming in recent times are tilted in favour of investors. The issuers are generally not kind to investors like this. Very rarely they give you such an opportunity so lock yourself into 12% taxable yield. You are getting almost 200 basis points more than a fixed deposit and on Government of India credit quality. So lap up tax free bond issuance. Even if you don t have 10 15 year horizon it doesn t matter because you can always be able to sell it in secondary market. The secondary market will be fairly liquid in these bonds and chances are that they will quote at a reasonable premium. So not only you will make tax free income but you also have capital appreciation. One can also buy GILT funds or direct debentures. So probably about 35 40% in tax free bonds and debentures. Look at keeping about 10 15% in gold keeping in mind the global uncertainty but not at current level, so maybe 5 10% below current levels and rest of the amount in equities on a gradual basis. Q: During the course of the year would you try to reallocate a little bit more towards equities once you get those returns from GILT funds? Would you try and increase the allocation to equities slowly? A: Depending upon the valuations one can look to increase allocation to equities. But within equities if you don t want to follow the mutual fund route, one thing which one can consider is companies in which promoters themselves are buying generally you don t go wrong by following the promoter. That s the wisdom of the Indian stock market and that is true in the rest of the world too. All these companies, in which promoters are buying their own stock at today's prices, blindly follow them. Nine out of 10 you won't go wrong, one out of 10 you can afford to go wrong. Q: What have you made of this market rally? Is it the real thing or is it a dangerous cheaters rally? A: From mid December onwards, the activity in the economy has started picking up. Many SMEs have received orders from exports which is more than their annual capacity. This is primarily coming in the engineering and textile sector. Maybe it's coming because the Chinese currency is up 10% and we are down 15 20% and hence that 30% price differential is working in our favour. Circulation of money within the economy which was getting stalled seems to be moving up. Even an industry like gems and jewellery where generally workers were given 15 20 days holidays around Christmas time are now being called back by their employers. So somewhere in the SMEs we are seeing increased activity pickup. In the large project space there is still some amount of delay and skepticism but definitely in the SME space there is activity pickup. If we see the excise collection for September and October they were negative. For the month of November they have shown positive numbers. The IIP number in December not withstanding statistical policy at least is positive. So, underlying activity seems to have improved. The second thing is in terms of FII allocation. While all throughout 2011 we heard that FII's were leaving India and which is why currency has depreciated, the reality is that both debt and equity put together FII's were positive USD 3 billion plus. In equity they were marginally negative by about USD 500 million and in the first 15 16 days of this year they have pumped in more than USD 1 billion. So suddenly the flow of money has come, activity has picked up and valuations are in favour of the investor. This rally may get punctured on Monday but at least it has a little bit of fundamental base and hopefully this momentum can continue forward albeit with a little bit of volatility. Q: Why do you say puncture on Monday? Is it with reference to Reliance? A: One is that the results are below expectations and second is when you have moved up by about 1,800 points chances are that you will see a few days of downfall. Q: The skeptics will say that this is just a reversion to mean. May be the market got too pessimistic in December and what we have seen is a recalibration. But once a little bit of reversion to the mean happens then maybe flows will also start coming off and the market will find it tough to carry on to much higher levels. Is there any point in that or do you think the market will climb that wall of wary? A: The whole of India is to the optimistic glass half full and to the pessimist glass half empty. Over the last 18 24 months we could paint a macro picture where interest rates were going up, currency depreciated, growth kept on coming down and liquidity was very tight. Sentiment in some sense was getting impacted either because of policy paralysis or because of global bad news. May be three to six months down the line we can paint a picture where growth is going up, interest rates are coming down, liquidity is improving and people will get used to global bad news. The day Europe was downgraded by the S everyone was expecting market to correct but market just struck off the event. Somewhere that bad news was factored in. So probably we are going to see such kind of developing macros where things become far better than it was 18 months ago. And in this environment, if we can receive some support from the government either in the form of policy action or in the form of a far better budget than expected by the market probably we can then sustain this recovery fairly well. For me, it all began when I was a baby, just learning to walk. It was discovered then that I had a slight problem with one foot turning inward when I walked, requiring that I wear a special type of "orthopedic" style baby shoes . And now today, I have my much more comfortable "sensible shoes" . Yes, it's true, I've gone through many, many pairs of shoes. I've owned cheap shoes, expensive shoes and even many kinds of boots. Ankle boots, knee high boots, cowboy boots, slippers, you name it, chances are I have owned it. I went through the phase in my teenage years and early 20's most ladies will probably remember that phase shoes had to LOOK good. It never mattered if they were comfortable or not. I can remember suffering through leg and foot pain because of those super high heels, along with sore feet and many, many blisters. But if the shoes looked good, I guess I thought it was "worth" it. or was it? Fortunately, I seem to have come to my senses in my. more experienced age. (Sounds so much better than old age, doesn't it?) I no longer feel that shoes need a period of time to be "broken in". I don't feel like I need to endure blisters on my heels and toes, because of shoes rubbing my skin raw. Back then, I would even put bandages on my heels that would also end up rubbing off. Nope, today I wear shoes that are comfortable practically from the beginning, or out they go! These Are The Best Shoes, Bar None! The best shoes I have ever found, bar none, for sheer COMFORT, are Skecher's Women's Synergy Elite Glam. These shoes are styled like clogs. They simply slip onto your feet, but they have the look of a tennis shoe. They are comfortable for walking, running, bicycling, hiking, sleep walking. oh wait, Skecher's says they won't be responsible if you sleep walk in 'em! They are so amazingly comfortable, I could wear them 24/7, comfortably and happily. I have to admit, I don't think I've ever worn a pair of shoes in my lifetime that felt so good from the second I put them on. Even now, they are STILL amazingly comfortable, months into owning them. I LOVE that there are NO shoelaces to bother with, just slip them on and GO! There is a slight rise right at the heel, too, which helps to keep the shoes securely on your feet. You never feel as if they might slip off! I think they're so comfortable because of the special memory foam insole. A few years ago, we switched to a memory foam mattress for our bed. I was skeptical at first, but now I am a believer. It is the most comfortable mattress we have ever owned! I guess that's why these shoes are also so comfortable. They seem to form fit to the specific shape of your feet, enveloping your feet in total comfort. I can walk on any surface, jump, (OK, maybe not so much any more) run. even if it's an out of shape kind of running. and these shoes always stay comfortable. I have even gotten compliments when I'm out walking in them from ladies who look at them and tell me how comfortable they look! I tell them "They ARE!" Then I tell them all about these amazing shoes! A Little History Behind Memory Foam, And What Makes It SO Incredibly Comfortable! A fact that might not be very well known (I sure didn't know it) is that memory foam was created in the 1970's for the NASA Space program. Back then, it was also called visco elastic foam. It was created for the astronauts to be used on the seats of their flight chairs. The reason it was invented was to reduce pressure points the astronauts might have experienced when the shuttle was lifting off, because of strong G forces. What is interesting is that the material ended up never being used by the space program. Back then, memory foam was notorious for not lasting too long. It had a tendency to flake into pieces, and sometimes to collapse with use. Several years later, after improvements had been made to the formula for creating the foam material, it began to be used in hospital beds. Newer technology, and new ways of producing today's memory foam allow it to be strong and durable, without the issues it had in the beginning with flaking and falling apart. Hospitals soon found out that not only were the mattresses more comfortable for patients, they also provided a safer mattress for patients. The problem with memory foam is that bed bugs and mites cannot live in it very easily, not like they can with traditional mattresses. This has huge health benefits, even today. People with allergies can experience improvement in their symptoms due to less mites. Memory foam is a foam created from a base of polyurethane. There are cells in it that are open, allowing air to pass through it. It is valued because of its ability to reduce pressure, like when people are laying on a mattress, wearing shoes or sitting in chairs. Today, memory foam is used for many applications, including for the soles of shoes to make them more comfortable and more form fitting. It can even be found in some brands of baby and toddler car seats, and other types of chairs. Even though memory foam got off to a rocky start, today with improvements that were made, it can last a person 10 years or longer! Non steroidal anti inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) like aspirin and ibuprofen lessen inflammation pain. Corticosteroids can be used by a doctor in more severe cases of plantar fasciitis. The doctor applies the corticosteroids using an electric current on the skin a process called iontophoresis (it doesn't hurt). Corticosteroids can also be injected, but injections can further damage the foot, so they can't be used often. In cases of chronic plantar fasciitis where all other treatments have failed, electrocorporeal shock wave treatment can be used. While the procedure sounds frightening, it really just involves sound waves (although it can be painful and leave behind side effects like bruising and tingling). The waves are directed at the foot and may help the body heal damaged tissue. Doctors are uncertain about the efficacy of this treatment. Surgery to disconnect the plantar fascia is a last resort, as it causes the arches to collapse. Massage, taping, orthotic footwear and chiropractic treatment can cure pantar fasciitis, a painful inflammation of the foot soft tissues. Get expert advice. Men Nike Free Run 3.0 V4 Wolf Grey Game Royalblue Wolf Grey Since volleyball is played either on a hard surface or on sand, volleyball manufactures have tailored their volleyballs to match the style of game. An indoor ball tends to be slightly lighter and smaller, with more internal pressure and a smoother surface than an outdoor ball. This difference is aimed at equalizing the differences in the two environments: the stable air on an indoor court versus fluctuations in air on an outdoor court, for example. Still, the balls have the same basic components: a rubber bladder, an inner layer of cloth or cotton, and an outer layer of either leather or synthetic leather. The rubber bladder is inflated to between 4.3 and 4.6 pounds per square inch. Then, depending on the manufacturer, the bladder might float inside a cotton or cloth middle layer, or it can be directly attached to it. The outer layer again, depending on the manufacturer is made of either genuine leather or a synthetic form. Almost universally, the outer layer comprises 18 rectangular panels arranged in three 6 piece sections that are sewn together. The official ball of the Federation of Indoor Volleyball now has dimples and only eight panels. The final piece of a volleyball is a valve for increasing or decreasing the pressure in the bladder. For a volleyball to be officially accepted by a regulatory body like the United States Volleyball Association, it must be between 25 1/2 inches to 27 inches in circumference and weigh between 9 and 10 ounces. For youth players (12 and under), the internal pressure and circumference of the ball are the same, but the weight drops to between 7 and 8 pounds. Balls for both sand and indoor use are often white, though more popular indoor balls come in three colors (often red, white and blue). Outdoor balls are often very brightly colored so they can be easily seen against any background. What is a Volleyball Made of? A volleyball is used to play indoor volleyball or beach volleyball.
